To implement NEXEED successfully, users need to master the system and support the resulting changes. To ensure a successful outcome, we also give you a detailed training plan along with the project plan and assist your employees with the digital transition.

We do this by first jointly explaining the initial situation in a scoping workshop and then defining the next steps. We develop specific procedures and implement them at your site. This allows us not only to gain the support of your employees, but also to ensure your economic success.
