Is my line meeting its target? And if not, why not? In line with the Lean Manufacturing principle, the aim is to avoid variability within the system – and with respect to customers. The KPI Reporting module provides all the relevant key figures in clearly visualized reports, from a general overview to unplanned breakdowns and cycle times. This enables users to get to the bottom of the causes of any production stops or errors based on actual/target analyses – and to make readjustments.

Together with the Shift Book and Global Production Overview modules, a complete overview of the global key production figures is created. The KPI Reporting module, along with the Shift Book module, provides the database. The common goal of all the modules is to provide all those involved in production with the ideal database and the transparency for efficiency-boosting decisions.
