Transparent overview of current production processes

In global manufacturing, identical products are often manufactured at different locations worldwide. The Global Production Overview module provides a quick overview, as well as a comparison of standardized key figures. Number of units, degree of utilization, failure rate, OEE and much more – a total of eleven KPIs can be compared across different locations by production and plant managers. Sorted by business area, product group or location and limited to selectable time periods, the current status of the key figures can be displayed clearly in map or tabular form, all the way down to the line level.

A traffic light system shows those responsible how, for example, a specific type of line is performing worldwide. New lines in the production network can also be integrated quickly. Moreover, only authorized users have access to the sensitive global production data. Individual adjustments can be made with the configuration tool; the bookmark function assembles the most important lines, KPIs or locations in a user-friendly view.
