Deviation Processor – centralized management of all deviations

Planned and unplanned deviations from the target state or target process occur in every production environment – from temperature fluctuations to downtimes during maintenance. If the information is distributed across numerous IT solutions or can only be accessed at the machine/line itself, a complete overview is almost impossible. The Deviation Processor brings all threads together, no matter which module the data may come from. It is the central access and control point where deviations are received, processed, and stored.

Users can visualize all the deviations. This not only makes morning rounds much more efficient; the data can also be used for analyses. This makes it possible to identify optimization potential and eliminate error causes. In addition, reaction logics (Quick Reactor) can be configured for all incoming deviations. If an incoming measured value meets the defined specifications, a ticket is triggered – for a fast reaction speed in the case of critical faults.
