The Stock Management module digitalizes and synchronizes the internal material flow in real time. Thanks to the newly gained transparency, the position and quantity of production materials is known at all times. The basic version is suited for small to medium-sized supermarkets and can be quickly and easily installed without additional hardware. Employees can see the 3D view of the allocation on the supermarket monitor. Once they have scanned their load, they are shown the correct lane for sorting.
In the Stock Management Plus version, the module takes the supermarket to a new level of efficiency: all material movements are automatically recorded and booked via RFID, barcode, and sensor solutions at the individual lanes. In addition to making work easier, the system records every movement in the supermarket, making undetected incorrect bookings virtually impossible. A Put-to-Light control system enables employees to immediately see into which lane a load carrier must be inserted. This reduces the search effort enormously, especially in large supermarkets.
