Both material and goods transported with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) must arrive at the right place in the right time. This requires an intelligent order management. Incoming transport requirements must be distributed optimally among the available vehicles from different providers. This is exactly what the AGV Transport Orders module does. It generates each step of the transport order and transmits it to a particular AGV fleet system, including prioritizing individual orders according to replacement or delivery time.

Status visualization in real time, including progress and error display, provides an optimal overview of the entire AGV intralogistics. What’s more: combined with the Stock Management module, all supermarkets can be synchronized. Status updates sent to the AVG Transport Orders module enable automated subsequent bookings and reservations. Moreover, storage strategies such as FIFO or LIFO, as well as the automated space and storage location in the respective destination and source supermarket are considered.
