HMI Apps – Information Services

In production, a great deal of information is only available as live values - historical data are lost. The HMI Apps (Information Services) close this gap as optional components in the Control plus system. They process and store the real-time control data and make it available in apps and via IT interfaces.

Part Counter

Part Counter

With the Part Counter, information regarding the number of units can be recorded and saved fully automatically. Various live evaluations, such as a target/actual view or a Top 10 analysis, enable a quick overview of production figures. The exact breakdown for the causes of bad parts allows a targeted optimization of the production processes. All data is stored in a history and made available to other systems via open IT interfaces. For a shift-related view of the production data, you can easily link the Part Counter to the Shift Manager.

Shift Manager

The Shift Manager allows shift times to be linked to machine data. Recurring shifts can be entered in the app together with their start and finish times. The app then displays shift-related evaluations in other HMI apps, such as the Part Counter. Shift Manager also has an open IT interface that makes all shift information accessible to other IT systems.

Event Recorder

Event Recorder

The Event Recorder records and saves any error warnings and other machine information fully automatically and in real time. Optimized evaluations, for example Top 10 error analyses over a certain period of time, enable maintenance personnel to identify the most common errors and eliminate them in a targeted manner.
