Being comfortable at all levels – regardless of hierarchies
Be it management or working student, at Bosch Connected Industry, we all meet as equals. Our managers don't sit in an ivory tower or in individual offices far away from our associates’ working reality. They are approachable and have an open ear for your problems and questions.
In our hallways, via MS Teams or by e-mail – we are all on first-name terms. At Bosch Connected Industry, we see mutual acceptance and support as the basis for successful collaboration.
Working together – celebrating together
We are convinced that team spirit is best experienced during joint events and activities. Our events are one of the highlights of every year: whether at our annual kick-off or at the summer party, we bring our associates together for work and to celebrate. Social activities with colleagues are also important to us on a smaller scale: those who like running will find their footing at the weekly running club – and those who like to enjoy some waffles can join the work breakfasts, e.g., from our UX team.
